Nancy M. Pratt, 76 of Conshohocken, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 in Montgomery Hospital in Norristown. Wife of the late Richard E. Pratt.
Born in Baltimore, Md. on March 14, 1934, daughter of the late Ruth (Lane) and William W. MacVicar. Nancy has lived in Conshohocken since 1989, formerly of Plymouth Meeting.
She graduated from Cornell University, where she met her late husband Richard. Nancy was a retired school teacher with Colonial school district at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
She is survived by a son John M. Pratt of Royersford; two daughters Elizabeth L. Gerstein of Plymouth Meeting and Cheryl A. Ewing of Laurel, Md; a brother William L. MacVicar of Garden Grove, Calif.; a sister Ann MacVicar of Sante Fe, N.M.; also seven grandchildren and a great grandson.
Nancy's memorial service will be held Saturday, July 10 at 11 a.m. from the Moore & Snear Funeral Home, 300 Fayette St., Conshohocken.
Friends may call Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
