Richard J. 'Inky' Ingram passed away suddenly on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010 at his home in West Conshohocken. He was 89.
Richard was a retired Machinist with the former Mateer Burt Company of Berwyn.
Born in West Conshohocken on Oct. 16, 1920, he was the son of the late Armand and Shirley (Wolfong) Ingram.
A lifelong West Conshohocken resident, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and the Korean War.
Richard was the husband of the Late Mary (Gavin) Ingram whom passed away in 2002.
He is survived by a nephews Thomas (Helen) Gavin of Springfield Twp. (Delaware County), Robert Ferrier of Perkiomenville, Thomas Kenna of Perkiomenville, Richard (Martha) Kenna of West Conshohocken and Robert (Carole Ann) Kenna of King of Prussia.
He was preceded in death by two Sisters: Thressa Kenna and Shirley Sykes.
A funeral service for Richard will be held on Tuesday March 2 at 10 a.m. at the Moore & Snear Funeral Home 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken.
Friends may call on Monday evening from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday morning form 9-9:50 at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Gulph Christian Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
